Coursework is designed to meet the requirements for candidates to sit for the Uniform CPA Examination in most states. Prospective students can determine their eligibility to sit through the state of Kansas and identify coursework deficiencies by completing a pre-evaluation of all transcripts by the Kansas Board of Accountancy (KSBOA). However, because of the specific educational requirements of the KSBOA, students may find it more advantageous to sit for the CPA exam in another state even if they plan to work in Kansas.
