Customer Support

Information Technology provides technical support to KU students, faculty and staff. Our goal is to quickly and effectively meet your technology needs in a courteous, timely and knowledgeable manner and facilitate the innovative use of technology in support of learning, scholarship, and creative endeavor.

 

KU Edwards Customer Service Center

The IT Customer Service Center assists individuals with general technology questions or can provide information on where you can find additional help.  Assistance with data, video and phone services is also available.

Walk up support can be found at the Regents Center Front Desk. You can also use the number below to schedule a time to meet with an IT Professional to review your concerns.
