Educational Technology Degree Learning Objectives
KU’s educational technology degree program has been training educators and workforce administrators for more than a decade. As a student enrolled in the program, you will develop an e-portfolio demonstrating your personal perspectives and competencies related to national educational standards in educational technology and corporate training. You will also complete a culminating paper demonstrating in-depth research and/or development of understanding for your chosen area of study.
- Learn how to apply understandings of instructional design by developing real-world applications.
- Experience supervised real-world practice in a media center: selecting, designing, classifying, producing and managing instructional materials.
- Produce a comprehensive electronic portfolio that describes theoretical perspectives and demonstrates your competencies gained from the program.
